Meanwhile, rumors recently emerged via Perez Hilton claiming that Miss Hudgens is planning a move from LA to NYC, as she was supposedly 'overheard telling friends that she’s relocating to New York City full-time” during her time in Cannes.

Denying any such plans, a rep for the 22-year-old has since told GossipCop that the relocation plans are 'not true'."
